Football players from around the country, and coaches for that matter, dream of taking the field on a Sunday and competing at AT&T Stadium, Home of the Dallas Cowboys. The Top 200 Football National Showcase provides you with that opportunity while also working with and being evaluated by great college football coaches from around the country.

This event is strictly limited to 220 players from around the country. That's approximately four players per state, on average. We expect nearly every state to be represented. Positions are expected to fill VERY quickly as this will be the nation's premier high school football experience this winter.

Top 200 is held over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, three-day weekend. Hopefully, this gives families a better opportunity to attend.

We are expecting this year’s National Showcase to fill quickly with a robust group of athletes from around the country. In order to comply with all college rules, roster spots cannot be held and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Top 200 Football National Showcase will feature college head coaches, coordinators, and top assistants from around the country. With the goal in mind that each college program can properly evaluate all football players in attendance.

What will be included as part of the Top 200 Football National Showcase:

All players will compete and showcase their skill on Sunday, January 19th at AT&T Stadium.

Quarterbacks, Running backs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Linebackers, Cornerbacks, and Safeties will be broken into teams for 7-on-7 football games for Sunday’s events.

Offensive Lineman and Defensive Lineman will experience an instructional practice day on Saturday and perform in various competition drills for Sunday's events.

On Friday night will be check-in for athletes at the host hotel. Saturday will consist of various testing in football specific metrics as well as a team practice and instructional session. A seminar for college athletics and recruiting will also take place on Saturday. Families will also have time in their day to enjoy and explore the Dallas area.

Team Showcase:
Each team will play on the field at AT&T Stadium in a 7-on-7 format with college coaches on the sidelines coaching, instructing, and evaluating. Players will also be evaluated in measurable skills like the 40-yard dash, broad jump, and other metrics. Athletes from around the country will be split into teams, assigned by the Top 200 Football staff. There will be only ten teams total with a maximimum of 20 players per team including both offense and defense. College football coaches will lead each team and will ensure equitable playing time for all positions.

Total Number of Roster Spots For Each Position:

12 Quarterbacks              18 Linebackers
12 Running Backs           18 Cornerbacks
30 Wide Receivers          18 Safeties
12 Tight Ends                   40 Offensive Linemen
                                            40 Defensive Linemen

Group Talk with College Coaches and High School Players:
Players will get to have a more intimate discussion with college coaches to ask questions and discuss what coaches look for in game play and showcasing environments.

College Athletics and Recruiting Seminar:
Our staff of college football coaches will present a discussion with parents and players on development at the college level and the college recruiting process. This will be a presentation as well as an open forum between parents, players, and the college coaches that experience this process on a daily basis.

How does this differ from a standard regional event?

Just like our regional events, we will put prospective student-athletes on the field with college coaches, allowing them to evaluate their athletic ability and overall character make up. However, there are some great additions to our national event that you won’t see in a regional setting:

  1. The event will culminate at one of the most recognizable football fields in the world, AT&T Stadium, Home of the Dallas Cowboys
  2. Complimentary tickets for family members to enter AT&T Stadium for Sunday's events
  3. Skill Metrics Evaluation and event leaderboard
  4. Intimate small group discussions with coaches about how to engage college coaches in a coaching and showcasing environment
  5. Each player will be provided a Top 200 Football National Showcase numbered jersey (sleeveless) and a souvenir t-shirt
  6. Dozens of awards given for skill leaders, Defensive MVP, Offensive MVP, Offensive Line MVP, Defensive Line MVP and much more
  7. Opportunity to compete against players from all over the country
  8. Your picture and short bio will be included in a slideshow on the massive 80 yard scoreboard.
  9. Professional photographs taken during the event and shared with participants at no additional cost.
